Additional Preferences: Modern Engineering & Observability Tooling: Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools like Power BI or Looker.
