Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:3rd

$2.25/hourWeekend: $1.75/hourSIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!$1,200 Sign On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. Must be of legal age to sign a contract, which is at least 18 years old, to be eligible for a sign on bonus. Candidates under 18 years old may still be considered for the position but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Overview UNIT OVERVIEW:Welcome to Acute Care G200! G200 is a general med/surg unit that cares for acutely ill adult patients with a few surgical patients. Our patient care experience includes, but is not limited to, patients with hypertension/high blood pressure, pneumonia, chest pain, UTI's, COVID, and infections that require IV antibiotics.

The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed.
