and Responsibilities As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

Must be able to perform the following tasks efficiently: perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs Assists with patient transports and transfers Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider’s orders, electronic data entry, and assist with documentation Assists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies We are offering a $3,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
