You’ll need
Certifications
✓Current and valid New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
✓The required skills enable the CNA Float to deliver compassionate and competent patient care by performing essential clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
✓Adaptability and problem-solving skills allow the CNA to transition smoothly between departments, managing different patient needs and environments efficiently.
Preferred skills such as additional certifications and experience contribute to a higher level of preparedness and confidence in handling complex situations, ultimately improving patient outcomes and team collaboration.
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent.
