Certified Nursing Assistant – Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is an on call, per diem role. Minimum availability of five 12-hour shifts in a 4 week schedule period.
One of these shifts needs to be a 1900-0730, or a weekend shift. One summer and one winter holiday per year required. Shift Incentives: Evening differential - $2.25 p/hr Night differential - $4.00 p/hr The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.
The CNA assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN. Coursework/Training: Completion of certification course for Certified Nursing Assistants. Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized CNA course or equivalent education/experience or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
