RESPONSIBILITY
Under the direction of the licensed nursing personnel, performs direct and indirect designated resident care within the scope of practice as defined by the certification. Qualifications
Preferred: High School degree or GED LICENSE: Minimum: Current NYS Nurse Aide Certification WORK
Preferred: Prior Nursing Assistant and/or LTC experience
Minimum: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
