✓You’ll need
Certifications
✓Complete mandatory education within 3 months & maintain active BLS
✓Active NYS CNA, HS diploma or equivalent, approved 100-hour Nurse Aide course if certified after 1986
✓previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
✓Assist residents with ADLs and carry out RN/LPN assignments safely and on time. Promote independence, dignity, and resident strengths while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
✓16 hrs/pay period (2 shifts), including 2 weekend shifts/month (Fri 10PM–Mon 6AM)
✓Max 400 hrs/6 months (excludes coverage for sick/disability or pre-scheduled shifts)
✓1 Minor + 1 Major holiday shift/year
✓Weekend call-outs made up within 1 month
