You’ll need
Qualifications
✓Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing environment
✓Strong hands-on CNC setup and operation experience
✓Demonstrated CNC programming experience
✓Experience with precision measurement equipment
✓Ability to independently create and modify CNC programs
✓Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
✓Working knowledge of GD&T
✓Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, tooling, and workholding
✓Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues
✓Strong mechanical aptitude
✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple production priorities
✓Accurate and efficient CNC setups and production
✓Reliable CNC programs and machine performance
✓Consistent production of quality components
✓Reduction of machining and setup-related delays
✓Effective troubleshooting of CNC and manufacturing issues
✓Accurate first-piece and in-process inspection
✓Meeting production schedules while maintaining Quality requirements
✓Effective collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing

About the role
The CNC Technician works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to support production schedules, resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure components are produced accurately and efficiently.
