Coffee Creator (Barista), Part-Time

Position Highlights: Position: Barista Location: Community Hospital

High school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of customer service experience in a retail environment; barista experience preferred Current ServSafe certification or Food handler’s Card (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Prepares and serves quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

Take payment including credit cards and cash. Makes correct change .

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $16.50 - $18.98 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs.

Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.
