Licensure
✓The Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care and chronic disease management patients.
✓A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 one of these higher credentials are held: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW)
Education
✓Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Qualifications
✓Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting
