The Colleague Relations Partner provides consultative services to colleagues and leaders on a wide range of colleague relations matters, including performance management and understanding/application of STHS HR policies & procedures. Assists leaders with various disciplinary matters in accordance with STHS policies. Responsible for colleague retention and recognition events, unemployment claims/appeal hearing representation, and dispute resolution facilitation.

Monitors employment laws and recommends changes to those HR policies and practices that affect colleague relations. Conducts and coordinates internal investigations.

B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent degree and administrative/HR/business environment experience required.
