Collections Representative

Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p How you’ll make an impact in this role Direct the Travis County Medical Assistant Program by managing end-to-end program operations, financial oversight and administrative workflows. Manage charity care matching processes between the hospital and Ascension Medical Group to ensure eligible patients receive appropriate financial assistance. Serve as a dedicated financial counselor for patients by handling self-pay accounts, resolving billing concerns and establishing manageable payment solutions.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolios to drive timely balance resolution and maintain network revenue integrity. What minimum requirements you’ll need

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
