Communications Operations Manager

✓Requirements
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, or in a related field, or four years of experience.
Qualifications
✓Five or more years of experience in communications, communications/marketing operations, project or program management, content production or a related field in a complex organization.
✓Strong project and production management skills, with the ability to translate complex work into clear workstreams, owners, timelines and deliverables and manage work through completion.
✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps and ensure commitments and deliverables do not get dropped.
✓Experience building and managing workflows using project-management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar platforms.
✓Experience working hands-on in digital communications or content platforms, including publishing and maintaining content; familiarity with digital accessibility standards and best practices.
✓Ability to work with communications performance data, including producing recurring reports and identifying meaningful trends or issues.
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across teams and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
✓Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and the ability to apply accessibility best practices to digital content and communications.
✓Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
✓Ability to balance planned work with changing priorities and day-to-day operational needs while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
✓The ability to work onsite in our San Francisco office at least three days a week or more as required.
