Salary: $23.24 - $31.98 Hourly. Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Community Health Workers (CHW)* - Contract for the Justice Involved Department to provide person-centered support to justice-involved individuals. Community Health Workers will work collaboratively with healthcare providers, correctional partners, and community-based organizations to coordinate medical, behavioral health, and social services that support successful transitions from incarceration to the community.
