You demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to support patients facing complex social and healthcare challenges. Flexibility to work 03:00pm-11:00pm=with other flexibiltiy needed. Schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays with at least one weekend per month (potentially two), is required.
