What You’ll Do: Our Community Liaison make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and long-term wellness. This individual will be responsible for: Assist the Chief Executive Officer in fulfilling the goals and objectives of the hospital marketing plan.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources in the greater Los Angeles region including physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, and social service organizations. Plan Programs and events that build relationships between the hospital and potential clients. Assists in the designing of hospital brochures and related materials.
Create social media content and drive digital engagement. Maintain a consistent flow of referrals to the outpatient program and effectively coordinates with the Business Office to verify the insurance of patients. Other related duties.

Worked as a Community Liaison, or have sales, business development, account management, project management, or marketing background Experience with having a referral growth responsibility for relevant hospital business lines Experience in building relationship with hospitals, schools, and social service organizations Valid California Driver’s License, can be insured through employer’s carrier Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field Two years of healthcare experience Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to effectively use CRM software programs such as Salesforce or Zoho Internet marketing and social media experience highly desirable Experience working for an outpatient (IOP/PHP) and a Residential Treatment Program is preferred Experience with behavioral health preferred Benefits Competitive salary of $71,800 - $85,300 annually 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Differential pay Overtime pay
