✓Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Communications, Community Development, Social Services, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Qualifications
✓Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community outreach, health education, healthcare services, public relations, nonprofit services, event coordination, patient navigation, or a related field.

✓Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.

✓Valid California driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance when driving is required as part of job duties; or ability to utilize an approved alternative means of transportation.
✓Knowledge of community engagement principles, health promotion strategies, and community outreach practices.
✓Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with community stakeholders and organizational partners.
✓Understanding of health literacy principles and the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
✓Strong organizational, planning, project management, and event coordination skills.
✓Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✓Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and customer-service skills.
✓Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report program data and outcomes.

Experience with community health needs assessments, population health initiatives, patient navigation, or community resource coordination. preferred
