Job Responsibility Works collaboratively across departments/service lines to facilitate management of paramedic program and population needs.
Develops and/or refines orientation processes, quality assurance processes, clinical and operational workflows, data collection, documentation, research, staff credentialing, reporting, budgets, and other program needs. Collaborates with management teams in program development, expansion, problem resolution, and strategic planning/implementation. Oversees development, measurement, reporting and implementation of process and outcome measures.
Works to optimize workflows and processes in order to achieve these measure standards and to continuously improve staff, system performance, financial performance, provider and patient satisfaction performance, clinical quality and population health performance. Builds alliances and relationships with key stakeholders in order to facilitate a shared vision, mission and goals that meet programmatic aims. Works collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups to expand opportunities.
Works with staff to communicate program needs and results, gather input for improvement, improve staff engagement and satisfaction and to promote Community Paramedicine across the enterprise. Prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines and provide status updates on assigned projects. Performs related duties as required.

. Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
