✓7+ years of experience working in a bank or other regulated financial institution
✓5+ years of experience working in a CRA program
✓Proven functional knowledge in meeting regulatory expectations for CRA, particularly focused on institutions operating under a CRA Strategic Plan or programs with a primary focus on Community Development
✓Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
✓Ability and willingness to work in our Draper, UT office
✓Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
2+ years leading a large bank CRA program preferred
Regulatory experience in Community Reinvestment Act examinations preferred
Experience leading or engaging with CRA-qualified community development agencies with a healthcare focus preferred
Proven credit underwriting and/or investment analysis experience analyzing CRA-qualified credit opportunities preferred
Proven ability to network, build, and advance community networks and coalitions to achieve CRA objectives Assertive self-starter, with solid verbal and written communication skills preferred
Proven ability to analyze, manage and resolve complex issues with attention to detail preferred
Proven ability to analyze and interpret governmental regulations, regulatory guidance, and manuals, and implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance preferred
Proven excellent people-management, project management, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well both individually and in a team (in person and virtual) environment across all organizational levels preferred
Proven ability to appropriately prioritize time, manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines preferred
Proven ability to work independently preferred
Demonstrated high integrity and excellent judgment preferred
