Licensure
Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred
Education
✓High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
✓The Pavilion at McLean Hospital is the premiere residential program in the country providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adults 18 and older with a wide range of complex psychiatric illnesses including depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, and contributing personality issues.
Qualifications
✓Time Management.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Ability to work as part of a team.
✓Maintains a commitment to professional growth and competency.
✓All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems (PRISM) for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
✓Ability to drive, including transporting patients, is strongly preferred and may be required based on role and location.

✓Remote Type
One year of patient care or related experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting 1-2 years preferred
Familiarity with Epic is preferred.

About the role

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Community Residence Counselor (CRC) at The Pavilion provides direct patient care and participates in the therapeutic milieu within the scope of defined practice.
