Certifications
Medication Administration Program Certified [MAP - Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Public Health preferred
Education
✓High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree Psychology preferred or Bachelor's Degree Social Work preferred or Bachelor's Degree Health & Human Services preferred or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Qualifications
✓Experience working in a human services, residential, behavioral health, or allied health setting 1-2 years required and Experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities 1-2 years required
✓Basic knowledge of behavioral health conditions and support strategies.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
✓Ability to manage time, multitask, and respond to urgent needs calmly and effectively.
✓Commitment to person-centered care, equity, and cultural competence.
✓Familiarity with safety protocols and documentation standards in healthcare or social service environments.

About the role

Responsible for providing direct support and supervision to individuals residing in community-based behavioral health or supportive living programs.

What you’ll do
Support residents with dailySupport residents with daily routines, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care as needed
Monitor resident behavior andMonitor resident behavior and provide interventions consistent with treatment or service plans
Document observations, progress notesDocument observations, progress notes, and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with the developmentAssist with the development and implementation of individualized service plans under clinical supervision
