You’ll need
Qualifications
✓At least 7 years of progressively responsible Compensation experience
✓At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
✓Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, salary administration and market pricing
✓Experience managing complex compensation projects and cross-functional initiatives
✓Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, compensation databases, HRIS systems and reporting tools
Experience supporting a represented workforce and interpreting collective bargaining agreements strongly preferred
