Certifications
✓Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 12 months of hire.
✓Imprivata/or Privacy Surveillance software, NAVEX/Compliance Tracking Software
Revenue Cycle Audit solutions, and electronic health records preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree and at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a data analyst, preferably in healthcare. Master’s degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills. While we understand that no candidate will possess every skill listed, a minimum requirement for this position is proficiency in data analytics, including development of data driven reports, dashboards, and use of data analytics tools.
✓Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
✓Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts. Experience with Tableau and/or Microsoft PowerBI
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
✓Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
✓Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills Required.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence preferred
