✓Requirements
Licensure
✓The ideal candidate must be board certified or board eligible.
✓Oregon and Washington state medical licensures are required.
✓Requires a current, valid MD license and completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency program.
✓Must be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical and patient assessment skills.
✓Detail oriented and meticulous in all aspects of work.
✓Requires excellent organizational skills and strong communication and patient relations skills.
✓Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with employees at all levels of the organization is essential.
✓Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills are imperative.
✓Must be pro-active and detail oriented.
✓Ability to work well independently and multi-task is critical.
✓Ability to plan and organize technical work and to adapt to a changing work environment is critical.
✓Must be able to assess and develop work tasks and systems in order to optimize clinic performance.
