Qualifications
✓Proven customer service experience in a healthcare or professional services environment
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
✓Strong organizational and time management abilities with demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities
✓Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical office software
✓Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
✓Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
✓Strong interpersonal skills with genuine empathy and patience
✓Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
✓Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
✓Professional demeanor and appearance
Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) preferred
Previous experience in a concierge or executive support role preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations preferred
