Position Description Penn Personalized Care is seeking an experienced, full-time primary care physician to join their well-established and growing concierge program in Philadelphia's Washington Square. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, provide proactive and highly personalized care, and practice with one of the nation's premier academic health systems. The position offers: Smaller patient panels and extended visit times that support personalized, high-touch care and meaningful patient engagement Monday through Friday in-person hours with telehealth option for patients Access to the world-class specialists, hospitals, and resources of Penn Medicine Comprehensive care coordination and administrative support with staff experienced in concierge medicine High-end office setting in a restored historic building with dedicated physician offices and exam rooms Opportunity to build your own practice Competitive compensation and benefits package with high-earning potential Mentorship from established concierge physicians Epic EMR which is consistent across all of Penn Medicine Penn Personalized Care is a membership-based program providing patients with comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to their short- and long-term goals.
Position Requirements The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 8 years of experience who can exhibit masterful relationship skills with patients and staff, excellent clinical care, and strong business acumen.
