Observe and document patientObserve and document patient behaviors, conditions, and changes and accurately communicate observations to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide one-to-one patient supervisionProvide one-to-one patient supervision as assigned to maintain a safe and secure environment
Assist in preventing patientAssist in preventing patient injury and elopement by remaining alert, following established safety protocols, and reporting potential risks immediately
