Construction Project Manager, Facility Planning

Certifications
✓PMI (PMP) Certification within 12 - 24 months of hire
Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated experience managing construction, renovation, facility modernization, or capital improvement projects.
✓Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management.
✓Ability to effectively oversee projects in the field and maintain a visible on-site presence throughout construction.
✓Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects within occupied buildings or complex operating environments.
✓Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✓Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from scope definition through execution, delivery, and transition to operations
✓Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define clear, achievable project deliverables
✓Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
✓Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions to stay on track
✓Manage scope, schedule, and budget through structured change control processes
✓Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis
✓Coordinate department relocations related to construction or renovation projects
✓Evaluate and recommend solutions for scope, cost, and timeline changes
✓Ensure successful project closure, including handoff to operations and stakeholder acceptance
✓Four (4) Years of Project Management experience
Healthcare construction or healthcare facilities experience is highly desirable. preferred
Five (5) years of healthcare experience preferred
Three (3) years Construction and/or Facilities Management experience preferred
