Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed. Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies. Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary. Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's [Required]
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite [Required]
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools [Required]Education:

- 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]
- Healthcare experience [Preferred]
- RPO experience [Preferred]Additional Information:
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience
- Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR [Preferred]
- HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]Located in Western North CarolinaLicenses and
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]Physical
