You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
✓or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
✓Proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contract types.
✓Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and business documents.
✓Strong ability to clearly explain complex policies, procedures, and legal requirements to a range of stakeholders; capable of educating others on contract processes and persuading them to adopt appropriate interpretations.
✓Must be able to report to work on-site (Westwood, Los Angeles) for a minimum of 3 days/week during first six months of hire.
Experience in contract administration within an academic or research setting – highly preferred.
