Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards for the nursing departments. Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
Develop and implement a program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care provided by the organization. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare. Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. #Le@der What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. OR 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
