Cook- Full Time - Mercy Cassville

Find your calling at Mercy! This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position.

The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Position Details: Full Time: 40 hours

10:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday ; every other weekend Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire. Springfield: Food Handers within 90 days of hire. Other: Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character.

Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds. Preferred
