Cook Primary Responsibilities Include: Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient meals, delivering food tray to units as needed. Ensure that the cafeteria and dining room remain clean and in adherence to all safety and health standards. Accurately prepare food for modified diets, consulting with Dietician as required Adhere to standards for food temperatures during cooking, serving and storage of leftovers.

High school graduate or equivalent.
Two (2) years’ experience in quantity cooking, preferred.
Food Service Food Handler’s permit
Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
