Job Duties/Responsibiities: Determines types and quantities of all foods to be prepared by reviewing planned menus and printed tallies.
Determines foods/supplies/equipment that are low in supply and uses list to communicate to Director/Supervisor. Also assists in putting foods/supplies away appropriately in designated storage area after delivery. Ensures meals are ready at specified times and consults with director/supervisor regarding use of leftover food.
