Job OverviewJob OverviewFairview is looking for a Cook to join our team at our Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton, MN. The Cook's role is to prepare food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality. Position Details0.01 FTE (Casual)day/evening shiftas needed weekend rotationResponsibilitiesPrepares food products to meet temperature and quality standards.

Develops and tests recipes as directed. Completes all documentation related to productionHandle and prepare food in safe manner following HACCP standardized operating proceduresFollows employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission. Follows procedures to prevent food contamination.

Coordinates and communicates with all internal customers in all service areas. Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure. Takes responsibility for self and others in work area.

Contributes to a safe work environmentDemonstrates Commitment to CustomersRequired Qualifications1 year Relevant experienceAbility to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language. Basic math skills. Certified or willing to become certified for food safety.
