Under supervision, this position is primarily responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals and snacks according to resident dietary plan of care guidelines. Additionally, this position may perform housekeeping related duties and/or participate in other resident services activities as required.

Required
Coursework/Training: Completion of State of Alaska approved feeding assistance program within 6 months of hire. Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority. 2 years' experience in quantity food preparation required, including knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.
Coursework/Training: Vocational/Culinary Arts. Experience with the elderly.
