Education
✓Requires an Associate’s degree in business or a secretarial field from a business school or college, along with a minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible related work experience.
✓GED/High School diploma and a minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible related work experience in order to compose and prepare a variety of confidential reports, tables, memorandums, etc., and to gain an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
Qualifications
✓This experience is necessary to gain an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations in order to assume a variety of high-level administrative responsibilities.
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✓Adept with videoconferencing and other web-based technology.
✓Excellent customer service, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
✓Demonstrates tact and sensitivity when working with donor and prospect information.
✓Collegial individual who can anticipate needs.
✓Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced work environment.
✓Knowledge of relevant philanthropic principles, events, marketing, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
✓Experience in a large and complex healthcare system is a bonus.
