You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current license as a registered nurse (R.N.).
✓Current RN license in the State of Florida ARNP or RN.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited four (4) year, baccalaureate program in nursing required.
✓We will consider an ASN who is in the process of obtaining their BSN
✓If experienced in all areas listed, will consider enrollees in baccalaureate program.
✓B SN or Bachelors in other heath related field required.
master's degree in nursing or Master's degree 'eligible' (i.e. completion of academic coursework) or related health care field preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in nursing with at least two (2) years medical/surgical experience with transplant patient population critical care or transplantation experience preferred
Prefer knowledge in transplant immunology, technical aspects of surgery, interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory data, and clinical management of patients. preferred
About the role
The incumbent in this position ensures coordination and continuity of patient care for transplant patients in order to maintain organized and efficient support to staff and other health care professionals.
