How you’ll contribute A Coordinator, Behavioral Health Outpatient who excels in this role: Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles all aspects of the admission process. Supports in the completion of pre-admission paperwork as applicable.
Supports in the tracking and collection of required assessments and surveys (such as BASIS-32/CABA and patient satisfaction surveys). Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets, videos, and games for clinician use. Per the therapist dictation maintains the programming schedule.
Supports with charge reconciliation and entering as required.

Additional requirements include: Valid driver’s license CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred. Must have experience with clerical duties.
