Responsibilities This position coordinates business and operational activities between multiple service areas of Surgical Services. Responsibilities include operational improvements in surgery, project management, staffing/FTE management, administrative and fiscal oversight of assigned department(s) and other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED S.

Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field. Two (2) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership. Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. PREFERRED Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field. Four (4) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership.

Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification. Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Weekend
