✓Data abstraction related to trauma registry
Education
✓At minimum an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school.
✓If no BSN upon hire, enrollment in a program within 6 months of hire.
BSN preferred at time of hire.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience trauma, emergency, or critical care services.
✓Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
✓Strong analysis/problem-solving skills
✓Computer proficiency
✓Proven leadership ability
✓Excellent planning, budgeting, and fiscal management skills
✓Exceptional nursing practice skills in trauma environment
✓Ability to identify potential clinical situations impacting trauma outcomes
✓Ability to educate and present effectively
