The Coordinator has an integral forward-facing role with advancing technology and systems enhancements. The Coordinator is essential for partnering with IT and external vendors to provide support with enabling changes and system enhancements. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing operational excellence in advancing technology, ability to troubleshoot systems, databases, and technology.
Partners with systems vendors to troubleshoot systems issues. Excellent time management skills, prioritizing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, work environment are required. Professionalism, emotional intelligence, the ability to initiate judgment in handling difficult and/or critical situations, and the ability to lead in a high-stress environment required.
A strong background in technology, organizational, and communication skills, and critical thinking are essential to the success of this position. Other responsibilities include reporting and analyzing data and metrics, scheduling, training, and following up on escalated situations, problem-solving, and decision-making that includes independent decision-making. Reviews and pays vendor statements and disburses to other departments as appropriate.
Utilizes continuous improvement methods to enhance the quality of processes, services, and the utilization of staffing resources. Provides supervision and direction to staff. Monitors and approves timecards.
Prepares and presents annual performance appraisals for staff that include detailed feedback and growth objectives. Creates and maintains policies and procedures. Must be able to work independently, prioritize, and follow through on tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates patient and customer focus. Possess mature judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office, the ability to work with systems and technology, and to be the ability to articulate and bring forth system enhancements, and the ability to analyze data, interpret and present information is essential.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required : A bachelor's degree with one year of technology background/experience and the proven ability to lead OR an associate's degree with 2 years of supervisory/lead and technology background/experience OR a high school diploma with 4 years of supervisor/lead and technology background/experience is required.
* Experience in fleet, logistics, or supply chain operations. * Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA regulations, driver qualification requirements, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation. * DOT/FMCSA compliance training or certification or obtain upon hire. * Ability to support complex multi-site operations and collaborate with leaders, staff, vendors, and compliance partners.
