You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Qualifications
✓Home health experience preferred, but not required.
✓Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
✓Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule.
✓Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

About the role
This position provides one-on-one home health visits for adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County, NJ , with an immediate opening in the southern Hudson County area.
What you’ll do
Perform skilled physical therapyPerform skilled physical therapy visits throughout designated territories
Complete comprehensive physical therapyComplete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and ongoing reassessments
Assess mobility, strength, balanceAssess mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and overall functional status
Develop and implement individualizedDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
Provide therapeutic exercise, gaitProvide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy techniques, and patient education
