✓Requirements
Education
✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university.
✓Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college / university during the duration of the internship (June-August 2027)
Qualifications
✓Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
✓Must be able to commute/relocate to the aligned office location (Eden Prairie, MN or Washington, DC) 5 days a week for the duration of the internship
Experience in writing, editing, content creation, social media, digital marketing, or communications preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, or projects preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms, content strategy, social listening, and analytics preferred
Proven ability to create engaging content and adapt messaging across a variety of digital and social channels preferred
Proven solid written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment preferred
Proven detail-oriented, proactive, and organized team player with strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset preferred
