Manage the end‑to‑end board for assigned boards and committees, including planning, scheduling, and execution of all meeting‑related activities.

What you’ll do

Manage the end‑to‑end boardManage the end‑to‑end board for assigned boards and committees, including planning, scheduling, and execution of all meeting‑related activities
Coordinate board-specific needs withCoordinate board-specific needs with entity leader (hospital leader, system or regional executive, etc.
Coordinate preparation and deliveryCoordinate preparation and delivery of agendas, materials, minutes, actions, and decision documentation
Partner with Legal, FinancePartner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Administrators to ensure best practice and provide documentation for special approvals
