✓Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field required
Qualifications
✓equivalent experience may be considered.
✓3–5 years of IT experience required; 5+ years preferred.
✓Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration.
✓Experience with server virtualization, enterprise storage, backups, LAN/WAN/VLAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
✓Knowledge of multifactor authentication, endpoint security, vulnerability and patch management, logging, and least-privilege access.
✓Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
✓Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize issues that may impact patient care.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clinical and administrative staff.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
✓Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed, including some remote support.
Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting and automation tools preferred.
Familiarity with electronic health record infrastructure, PACS/DICOM imaging, and networked medical devices preferred.
Experience working with managed service providers and technology vendors preferred.
