You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Connecticut licensure in occupational therapy assistant or demonstrated eligibility.
Certifications
✓NBCOT certified required.
✓All newly hired employees must have current BLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.
Education
✓Graduate of AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Qualifications
✓1.1 Demonstrates Skill in Implementation of Treatment and Providing Therapy
✓Productivity
✓2.1 Manages a Full Clinical Caseload on a Daily Basis
✓Documentation and Administrative Tasks
✓3.1 Demonstrates consistency and timeliness with non-clinical tasks

✓4.1 Demonstrates Participation in Professional Development
✓Comprehensive Patient Care
✓5.1 Demonstrates Ability to Function as Interdisciplinary Team Member
Clinical group experience in behavioral health is preferred.
