Our chemical dependency unit shift available 8-hour shifts with the following available: Per Diem 2 days a week 6:30am – 3:00pm including weekend rotation OR Full-time 2 days a week 6:30am – 3:00pm and 3 days a week 11am – 7:30pm including weekend rotation OR Full-time 5 days a week 11am – 7:30pm including weekend rotation OR Full-time 5 days a week 2:30pm – 11:00pm with weekend rotation OR Full

Monitors unit milieu and helps to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Leads activity groups for patients according to the program schedule Conducts patient observation rounds throughout the shift to ensure safety Works collaboratively with unit nursing staff on patient care activities Responds to patient crisis events accordingly using de-escalation techniques.
