✓Must have completed a 40-Hour Domestic Violence training, or be willing to complete it within six months of hire.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a closely related behavioral health field is preferred.
Qualifications
✓You are passionate about creating a safe, empowering, and supportive space for individuals overcoming domestic violence.
✓You possess the ability to work effectively and maintain operational excellence in emotionally charged environments.
✓You are highly self-motivated and capable of performing duties independently with minimal supervision.
✓You recognize the critical impact that immediate advocacy and crisis counseling have on a client's safety journey.
✓You believe that true healing and crisis resolution are optimized through empathy, strict confidentiality, and proactive care.
✓Prior training or knowledge regarding the dynamics of domestic violence is highly valued.
Language Skills: Proficiency as a bilingual English and Spanish speaker is preferred for this role.
