Certifications
✓BLS certification is required within three (3) months of hire
✓A permanent Screening Certification Number must be obtained within one (1) year of hire
✓Maintaining compliance with required certifications, training, and professional standards
✓Individuals hired into this position must be eligible to obtain their Temporary Screening Certification Number upon hire
Education
✓You have a Master's degree (MA/MS) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Qualifications
✓Completing required clinical documentation, assessments, evaluations, referrals, and crisis service coordination activities
✓Participating in required orientation, education, training, and competency programs
✓You must possess and maintain a valid New Jersey State Driver's License
✓You must be able to work effectively in stressful situations and respond appropriately to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
Two years of prior experience or training working with children, adolescents, and adults in a mental health setting preferred
